What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of growth.
- Conduct live call-shadowing and deep-dive reviews to sharpen team communication and value positioning.
- Manage the full BDR lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development roadmaps.
- Develop hyper-personalized outbound prospecting strategies for the Spanish and Portuguese B2B ecosystems.
- Optimize inbound lead conversion and manage "speed-to-lead" agility to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align prospecting efforts with overall business results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, including 1-2 years as a Lead BDR or Front-line Manager.
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Proven ability to manage SDR/BDR teams for non-commodity or "challenger" brands.
- Deep knowledge of Spain and Portugal business culture and market nuances.
- Strong analytical skills to pinpoint leaks in the conversion funnel and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with the HR space and the ability to communicate effectively with CHROs and CFOs.
