What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
- Research and engage key decision-makers within Strategic and Enterprise organizations.
- Partner with Strategic Account Executives to execute tailored account-based strategies and develop territories.
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads into high-quality sales opportunities.
- Articulate the value of Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challenges.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales roles within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Experience engaging mid-senior to C-level stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Must be based in Madrid.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
