What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
  • Research and engage key decision-makers within Strategic and Enterprise organizations.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to execute tailored account-based strategies and develop territories.
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Articulate the value of hirify.global Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challenges.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales roles within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Experience engaging mid-senior to C-level stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Must be based in Madrid.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
