What you will do
- Develop and maintain a risk-based audit program covering CRM usage, contracts, quoting, and billing.
- Execute periodic audits, document findings, and quantify business impact.
- Monitor compliance metrics and track remediation progress with leadership.
- Perform root-cause analysis and partner with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to implement improvements.
- Validate accuracy of key sales data and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
- Build and deliver training on controls, CRM best practices, and audit findings.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, internal audit, compliance, or finance operations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Quote to Cash operations.
- Proven experience auditing sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), or CPQ platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
