TL;DR

Sales Operations Lead (Quality, Audit & Compliance): Designing and running quality assurance and compliance programs across sales operations with an accent on process adherence, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Focus on executing risk-based audits, performing root-cause analysis, and driving cross-functional process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a risk-based audit program covering CRM usage, contracts, quoting, and billing.
  • Execute periodic audits, document findings, and quantify business impact.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and track remediation progress with leadership.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and partner with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to implement improvements.
  • Validate accuracy of key sales data and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
  • Build and deliver training on controls, CRM best practices, and audit findings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, internal audit, compliance, or finance operations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Quote to Cash operations.
  • Proven experience auditing sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), or CPQ platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
