Sales & Customer Operations Specialist (SaaS): Driving operational excellence across the Quote-to-Cash cycle with an accent on order management, contract compliance, and CRM data integrity. Focus on supporting Go-to-Market and Finance teams to ensure seamless deal flow, renewals, and revenue operations in a fast-paced international environment.

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid). Relocation package available for international candidates.

What you will do

  • Support Sales teams with quotation creation, review, and management.
  • Process customer orders, software license subscriptions, and service contracts accurately.
  • Manage customer renewals and provide licensing support throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Cash Collection teams to support invoicing and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and data integrity across operational workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives within the Quote-to-Cash organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
  • Salesforce expertise is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
