What you will do
- Build and operate the account-based marketing function, covering target list management, content sequencing, and sales hand-off.
- Manage the "account-to-moment" loop, determining personas for high-touch moments and executing follow-up programs.
- Plan and execute paid LinkedIn campaigns calibrated for named-account engagement and specific personas.
- Own the end-to-end configuration of HubSpot, including tracking, lifecycle stages, and attribution.
- Define and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics in partnership with sales.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in ABM, revenue marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
- Track record of running ABM programs for complex enterprise sales with long cycles.
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot configuration and paid LinkedIn Ads optimization.
- Experience reporting complex attribution and pipeline metrics to leadership.
- Must be based in The Netherlands with the ability to spend 50% of time in the office.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or AI sectors.
- Working knowledge of Dutch or German.
