TL;DR

Focus on configuring HubSpot, managing targeted LinkedIn campaigns, and aligning marketing metrics with sales pipeline.

Location: Must be based in The Netherlands (minimum 50% office attendance required)

What you will do

  • Build and operate the account-based marketing function, covering target list management, content sequencing, and sales hand-off.
  • Manage the "account-to-moment" loop, determining personas for high-touch moments and executing follow-up programs.
  • Plan and execute paid LinkedIn campaigns calibrated for named-account engagement and specific personas.
  • Own the end-to-end configuration of HubSpot, including tracking, lifecycle stages, and attribution.
  • Define and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics in partnership with sales.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in ABM, revenue marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of running ABM programs for complex enterprise sales with long cycles.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot configuration and paid LinkedIn Ads optimization.
  • Experience reporting complex attribution and pipeline metrics to leadership.
  • Must be based in The Netherlands with the ability to spend 50% of time in the office.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or AI sectors.
  • Working knowledge of Dutch or German.
