What you will do

• Define and execute the organic social media strategy across key platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish platform-native content independently.
• Collaborate with category experts to transform unique lots into compelling stories.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships to strengthen brand reach.
• Build and improve AI-powered content creation workflows for efficient production.
• Analyze performance data to optimize results and report impact to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media within consumer, media, or marketplace businesses.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end content production (writing, shooting, editing).
• Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience setting and tracking KPIs.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam for the hybrid requirement.
