Location: Hybrid role with offices in the Netherlands, Poland (Gdansk), and Germany; remote work is supported.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end performance strategy across search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure alignment with pipeline goals and ROI.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks including A/B experiments and creative validation.
- Own SEO strategy, including keyword research and technical website optimization.
- Utilize data and HubSpot to improve attribution accuracy and report on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer to align messaging and intent targeting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns for complex B2B environments.
- Proven experience with SEO, keyword research, and technical website ownership.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.
- Strong English communication skills (Dutch, German, or Polish are a plus).
- Experience using AI tools directly in marketing workflows for research and reporting.
- Ability to adapt strategies for different markets including Benelux, DACH, Nordics, and Poland.
