What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance strategy across search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure alignment with pipeline goals and ROI.
• Implement rigorous testing frameworks including A/B experiments and creative validation.
• Own SEO strategy, including keyword research and technical website optimization.
• Utilize data and HubSpot to improve attribution accuracy and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer to align messaging and intent targeting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns for complex B2B environments.
• Proven experience with SEO, keyword research, and technical website ownership.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.
• Strong English communication skills (Dutch, German, or Polish are a plus).
• Experience using AI tools directly in marketing workflows for research and reporting.
• Ability to adapt strategies for different markets including Benelux, DACH, Nordics, and Poland.
