What you will do

• Architect and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy for the Hospitality portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of four experienced product marketers.
• Direct lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer journey to drive revenue and expansion.
• Champion the voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps and market research.
• Manage the PMM budget and prioritize investments for maximum business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align on pricing, packaging, and enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or similar GTM roles.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally serving SMB audiences.
• Strong quantitative and commercial acumen with clear revenue accountability.
• AI-first working mindset and ability to drive AI fluency within a team.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant technology industry.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, or German.
• MBA or Product Marketing Alliance certification.
