Growth Marketer (AI/SaaS): Owning the end-to-end growth funnel to turn demand into pipeline for a CPQ software serving manufacturers with an accent on AI-driven campaign scaling and personalization. Focus on optimizing conversion rates, managing B2B nurture tracks, and implementing a continuous AI-powered test-and-learn program.
Location: Hybrid (The Netherlands, Poland, or Germany). Workspace available in Gdansk.

What you will do
- Own the funnel from marketing qualified lead (MQL) to sales qualified opportunity (SQL), managing conversion rates, velocity, and cost per lead.
- Design and manage AI-personalized nurture and lifecycle campaigns for multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
- Run a continuous AI-powered test-and-learn program to rapidly generate and validate campaign variants.
- Collaborate with the AI GTM Engineer to build workflows for content generation and funnel leak detection.
- Manage HubSpot automation, including workflows, reporting, and data hygiene for accurate attribution.
- Partner with Sales on lead scoring and handoff to ensure MQLs convert into a real pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying dynamics, including long cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Experience using AI to generate content, personalize outreach, and scale experiments.
- Strong, clear communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup within The Netherlands, Poland, or Germany.
