What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure automation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cloud, middleware, and security.
• Facilitate project governance, technical workshops, and executive steering discussions.
• Oversee automation implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery methodologies and documentation practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise systems administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical infrastructure, cloud, or automation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and middleware.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Playbooks.
• Experience in BFSI or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL, change management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
