Automation Engineer Tech Lead Project Manager (Ansible Automation Platform, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure automation projects.
• Build project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, middleware, database, network, security, application, account, and partner teams.
• Run governance meetings, technical workshops, status reviews, and executive steering discussions.
• Oversee automation testing, deployment, production rollouts, UAT, change management, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Track metrics and SLAs, resolve issues, manage stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement in delivery methods and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, middleware administration, enterprise systems administration, or technology operations.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, or enterprise application projects.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects across multiple cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, operating systems, cloud technologies, middleware, technology operations, and service delivery.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Playbooks, and automation infrastructure.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with automation, cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevOps, ITIL, change management, governance, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
