Project Management Specialist, Languages Team (Localization)

What you will do

• Manage localization projects from planning and requirements gathering through delivery, quality control, and post-project follow-up.
• Coordinate time-sensitive localization work across more than 40 languages and multiple content types.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering, marketing, legal, customer support, business leaders, and language experts.
• Manage external language vendors, including assignments, capacity, timelines, performance, budgets, and issue resolution.
• Use AI-powered translation and project management tools to automate workflows and improve scalability.
• Identify risks, remove bottlenecks, maintain project documentation, and improve processes across the Languages Team.

Requirements

• At least two years of project management or coordination experience, ideally in localization, translation, content operations, technology, or a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CAT tools, translation management systems, localization workflows, or related technologies.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and seniority levels.
