Business Project Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; permanent onsite position

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end business projects from scoping and kick-off through final delivery.
• Build and manage project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and project plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Data, Technology, Finance, and Business teams, as well as external vendors and partners.
• Coordinate Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives, including data collection, quality checks, analysis delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support the rollout of Marketing Analytics platforms through implementation planning, onboarding, training, adoption, and change management.
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, project health, quality, timelines, and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, PMO, Data/Analytics Program Management, or a similar role.
• Understanding of marketing, media measurement, analytics, and business processes.
• Experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, or consulting partners.
• Strong project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and deliverable management skills.
• Fluent Thai and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in change management, ERP transformation, or SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
