Project Manager - ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Leading end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, HR, and Customer Engagement solutions across multiple client projects with an accent on project planning, client workshops, solution quality, and delivery governance. Focus on managing functional consultants and developers, coordinating testing and cutover, controlling schedules and budgets, and guiding clients through training and post-go-live support.
Location: Hybrid in Bangkok, Thailand, with presence at the client site 3 days per week

What you will do
- Lead 1–4 Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, HR, and Customer Engagement implementations across analysis, design, build, testing, training, cutover, operations, and support.
- Manage teams of 2–6 D365 functional consultants and developers, providing day-to-day guidance.
- Plan and monitor projects, maintain schedules and budgets, prepare status reports, and escalate delivery risks and potential overruns.
- Manage client engagement, lead requirements workshops and Conference Room Pilots, and document requirements in project documentation and Azure DevOps.
- Lead functional, integration, and automated testing; review customization, reporting, data mapping, and integration design documents.
- Lead client training, pre-go-live cutover, post-go-live support, pre-sales activities, internal training sessions, and D365 blog contributions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- At least 7 years of project management experience on ERP projects.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project.
