Senior Project Manager (PH)

What you will do

• Plan, mobilize, and manage global brand account projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scopes, statements of work, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and timelines.
• Organize project assets and materials to ensure accurate, accessible, and consistent delivery.
• Use agency tools such as Workfront and optimize team availability through resource management.
• Coordinate kickoffs, brainstorms, deliverable reviews, and collaboration across departments.
• Identify problems, improve processes, and ensure work follows agency, client, advertising, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and handling planning-related responsibilities.
• Experience in budget development, project scoping, and contract or statement-of-work writing.
• Preferably, experience in the digital advertising or media space.
• Strong time-management, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Practical, hands-on project management experience with strong accountability for delivery quality.
