Central Outage Planning - Team Leader (Power Generation)

Location: Hybrid; Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, with the role listing South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia as locations.

What you will do

• Lead outage planning for Central fleet projects across Asia Pacific while meeting safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Establish standardized planning methodologies, templates, and governance.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term workload forecasts and coordinate workforce capacity planning.
• Monitor planning KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions to reduce planning-related nonconformities and execution risks.
• Coordinate planning activities with project management, sales, field service, country teams, product lines, and customers.
• Drive adoption of Power BI dashboards, AI-enabled forecasting, planning tools, and digital workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field service, outage planning, project management, or operations.
• Strong experience with power generation outages or industrial service execution.
• Advanced planning, scheduling, and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading regional teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and digitalization mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive harmonization, data-driven decision-making, and cross-country collaboration.
