What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
• Manage spare parts sourcing from approved vendors and monitor maintenance expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment downtime, preventive schedules, and corrective actions.
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) to lead engineering modifications.
• Manage CAPEX and continuous improvement projects to enhance plant efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
• Experience in maintenance planning, execution, and manpower allocation.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement technical engineering improvements.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory guidelines, specifically DOSH/JKKP and DOE.
• Proficiency in IMS requirements and 5S housekeeping principles.
• Availability to provide support for urgent repairs after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.
