What you will do

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment, utility systems, and plant machinery.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the operation of plant utilities including HVAC, pumps, compressors, and water treatment systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
• Supervise contractors and vendors performing maintenance or project work within the facility.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings, P&ID, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements in an industrial setting.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and provide on-call support as required.
