What you will do

• Control production activities, material flow, and inventory for assigned production lines to meet cost, quality targets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with standards and resolve non-conformance issues through reports.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production problems efficiently.
• Write and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation and paperwork.
• May supervise production technicians and supervisors in senior roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Molding/Extrusion, knowledgeable in Electrical, Electronic, and Mechatronic fields.
• Expertise in SAP system.
• Proven track record in writing SOPs and technical reports.
• Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and issue resolution skills.
• Competency in administrative and documentation tasks.
