What you will do

• Support equipment and process engineering teams with sustaining tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues related to uptime and product quality.
• Monitor equipment KPIV and KPOV to identify and address abnormalities.
• Execute equipment evaluation and improvement projects to enhance yield and quality.
• Maintain equipment through effective preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety SOPs and 5S housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical) or relevant certification.
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, or production tool maintenance.
• Ability to work on shift hours.
• Proficiency in machine troubleshooting, parameter setting, and machine qualification.
• Basic knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis (7QC Tools).
• Effective communication skills and ability to identify equipment abnormalities.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, and electrical components.
• Experience with PLC programming or control systems.
