What you will do

• Lead a team in performing pre-delivery quality inspections and validating acceptance tests for machines and subassemblies.
• Document inspection results and report quality defects accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to resolve defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Issue non-conformance reports to Assembly and Tune & Test teams when specifications are not met.
• Maintain and monitor quality KPIs and manage all controlled document files.
• Interact with worldwide customer representatives during acceptance tests and drive continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, mechatronic, or electrical & electronic engineering with excellent results.
• 8+ years of related working experience in complex machinery assembly, ideally with a quality background.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using quality measuring equipment.
• Strong command of English for global communication.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Malaysia.
