What you will do

• Manage the maintenance, repair, and operation of M&E facility equipment, including cost tracking and optimization.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new facility equipment projects.
• Ensure reliable operation of critical systems including HVAC, electrical, air compressors, and vacuum systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements such as DOE, DOSH, and BOMBA.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for facility improvement projects and design specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, cleanroom environments, and process electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead and provide guidance to facility technicians.
