Sr Facility Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the maintenance, repair, operation, cost tracking, and improvement of M&E facility equipment.
• Oversee the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of facility equipment projects.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, air compression, fire protection, blower, vacuum, and pump systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance, investigate abnormalities, and implement root-cause-based corrective actions.
• Coordinate facility improvement work with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead and guide facility technicians while supporting energy efficiency and uninterrupted production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with HVAC, cleanroom environments, process systems, air compressors, vacuum systems, or blowers is advantageous.
• Experience managing technicians or supporting a maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and vendor-coordination skills.
