• Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partners to complement SME digital offerings.
• Lead end-to-end partner integration processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Launch and manage the hirify.global Business SME Alliance and startup support programs.
• Collaborate with internal product, technology, and commercial teams for operational execution.
• Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to track alliance impact and partner performance.
• Engage with incubators, accelerators, and VCs to support early-stage business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or ecosystem development.
• Strong knowledge of telecom, ICT, and digital business solutions.
• Proven track record in partner management and GTM strategy.
• Experience with CRM and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
