What you will do
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Advise clients on optimal deployment strategies for solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product evaluations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- Provide technical enablement and training to channel partners.
- Support existing customers in leveraging advanced product editions.
Requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering.
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Can-do attitude with a focus on innovation and challenging the status quo.
