What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Align hirify.global solutions with customer objectives and KPIs to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build compelling business cases and value hypotheses to articulate ROI and strategic impact.
• Lead value-driven discovery sessions and deliver bespoke demonstrations focused on use cases.
• Develop Proofs of Concept that validate both technical fit and business value.
• Partner with Account Executives and partners to shape deal strategy and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Native level German and business fluency in French required.
• Strong ability to connect technical capabilities with business priorities and measurable value.
• Proven experience delivering value-based demonstrations and articulating ROI.
• Ability to design and position end-to-end solutions, including complex architectures and integrations.
• Solid understanding of digital experience and cross-channel marketing technologies.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing C-level stakeholders through storytelling.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web Content Management, e-commerce, or digital asset management systems.
• Experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Understanding of the MarTech landscape, including SaaS and Headless content solutions.
