What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities for a specific product scope.
- Frame complex problems and timelines in Product Requirement Documents.
- Represent product priorities and trade-offs to leadership, commercial teams, and partners.
- Act as the voice of the product for customers and regulators to ensure compliance and market needs are met.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day delivery.
- Make critical decisions regarding product outcomes and release readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management at a senior level.
- Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end from strategy to outcomes.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
- Confidence in writing clear Product Requirement Documents and presenting to leadership.
- Must be based in the EU or UK.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with a Product Owner or equivalent delivery role.
- Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery or similar roadmapping tools.
- International mindset with experience working across distributed teams.
