TL;DR
Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and optimizing end-to-end SMB customer journeys for security products with an accent on scalability and digital-first experiences. Focus on reducing friction across the customer lifecycle from buying to renewal and accelerating the transition to self-serve digital journeys.
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible). Must be based in or near Birmingham, Bristol, London, or Manchester.

What you will do
- Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey (buy, onboard, use, renew) for the security product portfolio.
- Define and prioritize journey-level outcomes to improve conversion, adoption, and retention rates.
- Lead the delivery of digital journeys for customers and agents to reduce manual processes and fragmentation.
- Create customer-centric bundles that simplify buying decisions and drive overall product adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities.
- Utilize data and experimentation to identify customer friction and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager owning products through the full lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
- Strong expertise in designing and improving customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
- Ability to independently define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Demonstrated experience using data and customer insights to drive decision-making and prioritization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or security product domains.
- Background working in B2B environments or complex, regulated industries.
- Experience delivering platform-based solutions or digital self-serve journeys.
- Proven track record of improving commercial metrics such as conversion and cost efficiency.
