What you will do

• Define, own, and evolve the product roadmap and strategy for the private markets platform.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical debt with high-value strategic investments.
• Immerse deeply in private markets workflows, conducting interviews, shadowing users, and synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.
• Write crisp product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand market gaps, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and automation into core workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Meaningful exposure to private markets (e.g., PE firm, fund administrator, placement agent, LP, or financial software company serving these markets).
• Strong understanding of private asset structures, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in working with data, analyzing usage metrics, and building dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Broad knowledge of the Alternative Investment marketplace and system vendors.
• Experience with hirify.global Dimension.
• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or a related field.
