What you will do
- Collaborate on the product backlog, prioritize features, and sequence backlog items for upcoming sprints.
- Participate in PI planning and Scrum ceremonies to align objectives across Agile teams.
- Translate customer needs into epics and stories, including breakdown of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Guide sprint content and release dates according to the overarching release plan.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and provide updates on progress and PI outcomes.
- Review deliverables after each sprint and accept or reject work results based on defined acceptance criteria; execute on SLAs for support and maintenance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- 3–4 years of experience in software application development, product management, or business systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BCIS, or related fields, or equivalent work-related experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles and activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum (other methodologies are a plus).
- Ability to facilitate and lead across different personality types; strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
