Salary: £70,000 – £82,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Security Messaging Product Suite to align with business goals.
• Synthesize customer, market, and business needs to drive overarching product strategy.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to define technical requirements.
• Lead customer discovery and feedback sessions as the primary product voice.
• Oversee release schedules and balance development resources against business constraints.
• Develop supporting content for customers, support teams, and sales channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain BPSS clearance.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience with cloud-scale enterprise software deployed on AWS.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and mockups using Figma or similar software.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

Nice to have

• Experience working within highly regulated industries, preferably defense or healthcare.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms or real-time communication products.
• Understanding of international accessibility standards, notably WCAG 2.2 and Section 508.
