Salary: 31,000 – 40,000 PLN per month (Poland-based)

What you will do

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration workflows.
• Define and execute long-term product strategy for modern document systems, balancing business goals and technical opportunities.
• Integrate AI capabilities into document experiences, including intelligent authoring and workflow optimization.
• Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to develop scalable APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Guide multiple squads by providing clear priorities and strategic direction.
• Drive product discovery and iteration using analytics, experiments, and prototypes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, productivity, or document platforms.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing product domains from strategy through delivery.
• Strong understanding of document systems and structured content (PDF, DOCX, Markdown).
• Demonstrated experience launching AI-powered product features and measuring adoption.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on system architecture and APIs.
