Group Product Manager (SaaS): Leading the Membr product management team across UK, Australia, and New Zealand to develop gym software solutions with an accent on AI Transformation and operational maturity. Location: Must be based in the UK and legally authorized to work there (no visa sponsorship available)

What you will do

  • Lead and coach Product Managers across the UK, AU, and NZ to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Define and communicate the Membr product vision to align teams with customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable roadmaps in partnership with the VP of Product & Engineering.
  • Drive AI Transformation by modernizing product practices and improving discovery and prioritization workflows.
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate opportunities and shape investment decisions.
  • Manage cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success for effective go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or leadership within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing other Product Managers while owning complex product strategy.
  • Experience applying AI tools to optimize product management workflows and decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in B2B SaaS, ideally within fitness, wellness, or payments domains.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK; the company does not sponsor visas.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading through organizational change or in scale-up environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or a related field.
