TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (PropTech): Leading the strategy and delivery for the Spectre product suite with an accent on digital, marketing, and AI-driven initiatives. Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid, Manchester office).

Salary: Β£60,000 - Β£75,000.

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for digital products including websites and property reports.
  • Shape and deliver AI-driven product strategies and integrate AI workflows.
  • Lead direct customer discovery to identify and prioritize high-value problems.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, and data to drive execution.
  • Act as a role model for independent decision-making and coach team members.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on product goals.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy with clear commercial impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across various levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously without step-by-step direction.
  • Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into product management workflows.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and results.
