What you will do

• Own Application Intelligence, shaping the development of App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview.
• Define and defend the methodology behind HEART Analytics, ensuring metrics stay credible despite incomplete data.
• Connect software usage data to tangible business outcomes such as cost savings, efficiency, and compliance risk.
• Design intuitive analytics tailored for executives to drive immediate action rather than just reporting data.
• Define the integration strategy to combine behavioural data with SAM tools, IT asset management, and HR systems.
• Extend analytics to measure the productivity, cost, and ROI of AI assistants and agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience specializing in data and analytics products within a modern product organization.
• Proven experience defining metrics methodologies, scoring systems, or measurement frameworks.
• Background in enterprise B2B product analytics.
• Ability to communicate technical data constraints and actionable insights to data engineers, scientists, and C-level executives.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in London.
