What you will do

  • Own day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and general upkeep
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and building management
  • Manage office budget, invoices, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate new starter setup with IT/People (desks, equipment, access) and support onboarding logistics
  • Organise team events/offsites/socials and manage meeting room bookings and leadership calendar logistics when needed
  • Maintain health & safety compliance and office policies; liaise with landlords/building management and handle travel bookings/logistics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, EA, or operations coordinator roles
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities and ad hoc requests
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders; discreet and trustworthy
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Slack, Notion, calendar systems, and expense platforms
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is preferred
