TL;DR

Executive Assistant (Administration): Providing high-level operational and strategic support to the leadership team with an accent on calendar optimization, travel logistics, and relationship management. Focus on maximizing leadership efficiency, managing complex scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional communication in a high-growth fintech environment.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in the UK and work from the London office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership to optimize their time and prioritize high-leverage activities.
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, resolving conflicts and ensuring priority meetings are held.
  • Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and reservations for the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to coordinate interviews for technical and business leaders.
  • Execute special projects on an as-needed basis to support the CEO's office.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in an executive support or similar function.
  • Proven track record supporting multiple technical or business leaders.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or investment banking.
  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Must be located in the UK for a hybrid office presence.
