What you will do
- Manage the global office and facilities portfolio, including colocation working arrangements and scalable workplace solutions.
- Oversee workplace compliance, including Health and Safety legislation, office maintenance, and supplier relationships.
- Support adherence to ISO14001 and ISO27001 standards and assist with periodic audits.
- Handle day-to-day operations: managing deliveries, visitors, access control, stock levels, and event readiness.
- Coordinate facilities and workplace services across geographically dispersed offices and hybrid environments.
- Contribute to the environmental committee and support SECR reporting for sustainability.
Requirements
- Significant experience in office and facilities management, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site or international organization.
- Proven track record in managing workplace compliance, risk management, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience managing external service providers, vendor contracts, and facilities budgets.
- Experience supporting recognized standards such as ISO14001 and ISO27001.
- Strong interest and experience in environmental sustainability and carbon reporting.
- Must be based in London and available to work from the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
