What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to contract signature.
- Build and manage relationships with general counsels, legal operations leaders, and innovation heads.
- Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with product specialists to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI-driven workflows.
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through complex legal, IT, and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and apply qualification frameworks to improve forecasting.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent English (C1).
- Experience navigating complex procurement cycles and influencing cross-functional buying committees.
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least eight days per month in the office.

- Legal background or experience practicing law.
- Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
