TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving incremental revenue by identifying and closing new enterprise security software accounts with an accent on scalable licensing models and executive-level relationship building. Focus on prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-complexity enterprise deals in the North Italy region.

Location: Remote (Must be located in North Italy)

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans mapping hirify.global solutions to customer business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding and product adoption before transitioning accounts to Account Managers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of customer activity and opportunity data within CRM software.
  • Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and delivery of quarterly targets.
  • Engage with executive-level customer decision makers, including C-level executives, for complex Enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the sales lifecycle for security software solutions and software business value concepts.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of enterprise customer decision-making processes.
  • Expert-level presentation, negotiation, and financial/business acumen.
  • Proven ability to act as a self-starter and lead complex account strategies.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
