What you will do
- Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sector.
- Develop and execute a structured pipeline generation strategy.
- Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles from qualification to closing.
- Own and expand a defined set of existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and account management.
- Industry knowledge in pharma and life sciences.
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to multiple stakeholders.
