Location: Must be based in Italy, with a preference for Milan.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across key Italian verticals including Finance, Telecom, and Healthcare.
  • Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and voice agent deployment.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles, building business cases for senior decision-makers.
  • Develop deep expertise in the conversational AI landscape and competitive solutions.
  • Execute account strategies to navigate complex procurement and organizational structures.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure successful account expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Well-connected in the Italian enterprise landscape with existing C-suite relationships.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Italian.
  • Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Italian enterprise procurement and legal processes.
