TL;DR
Manager, Solutions Engineering (SaaS): Leading the EMEA Growth and Commercial Solutions Engineering team to evolve technical sales motions and drive regional growth with an accent on consultative, value-based engagement. Focus on coaching a team of eight, integrating AI into sales workflows, and strengthening the partnership between technical and sales leadership.
Location: Must be based in London, UK and comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of eight Solutions Engineers across Growth and Commercial segments.
- Drive the evolution of the SE motion from repeatable demos to a consultative, value-based model.
- Define and iterate on playbooks for discovery, demo quality, and POC approaches.
- Strengthen the partnership between SE and AE leadership to ensure integrated sales motions.
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve team efficiency and technical engagement.
- Manage team performance metrics including technical win rates, deal attachment, and capacity.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of SE management experience with a total pre-sales or SE career of 7+ years.
- Based in London with the ability to work hybrid (3 days/week in office).
- Proven experience leading teams through a shift from volume-based to consultative sales motions.
- Hands-on fluency with AI and modern tooling in professional workflows.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including regional diversity and GRC/compliance maturity.
- Familiarity with GRC, compliance, or security SaaS environments.
