Business Analyst HR (Payroll and Time & Attendance): Translating HR, payroll, and time & attendance business needs into functional IT solutions with an accent on process analysis, requirements clarification, and reliable HR system support. Focus on documenting functional specifications, validating solutions through testing, and collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.
Location: Diegem, Belgium. Hybrid work with 70% home working; the flex abroad program allows up to 45 days of work abroad.

What you will do
- Work with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Analyze HR processes, especially payroll and time and attendance.
- Translate business requirements into functional input for IT solutions.
- Document processes and requirements in a clear, structured format.
- Support testing and validation of HR system solutions.
Requirements
- Must be located in Belgium.
- Fluent Dutch and English are required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Understanding of business processes, IT systems, and enterprise applications, preferably in HR or payroll.
- Experience with functional specifications, structured business documentation, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
