What you will do

• Own technical implementations for new partners from requirements analysis and process mapping through final product and scheme configuration.
• Analyze insurance products and business rules, defining functional specifications for coverage, pricing, documents, and workflows.
• Translate partner requirements into implementation strategies using the existing capabilities of the hirify.global platform.
• Configure solutions hands-on within hirify.global systems and guide partners on integrating with documented APIs.
• Identify improvements for partner solutions and internal processes, sharing insights with Product teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience combining functional analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, and hands-on technical configuration.
• Experience configuring software in JSON and understanding technical concepts such as APIs.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and convert them into clear functional specifications.
• Consultative approach, professional curiosity, and willingness to challenge requirements constructively.
• Proactive and autonomous ownership of projects through completion.
