Functional Analyst - Ghent Office

Location: Belgium, with an office location in Diegem and a Ghent office. Hybrid work with up to 70% from home; the flex abroad program allows working abroad for up to 45 days.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, including business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT teams to support successful project delivery.
• Design use cases and wireframes to visualize proposed solutions.
• Lead client workshops to gather insights and support collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least one year of experience in analysis or a similar role.
• Ability to connect business requirements with IT solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to work in the hybrid setup associated with the Belgium office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience designing wireframes and writing detailed use cases.
• French language skills.
