Cards Product Expert (Mobile Payments)

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of debit, credit, prepaid card and mobile wallet products.
• Optimize customer journeys, digital adoption, operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze and document business, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare business cases, market analyses, functional requirements and management reports.
• Coordinate product developments, launches, feature releases and regulatory changes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, customer behavior, profitability and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Degree in Economics, Management Engineerhirify.global or a similar field.
• Knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of innovative payments, with a focus on mobile payments.
• Strong decision-makhirify.global skills and the ability to manage critical situations.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Markethirify.global and external partners.
