What you will do

• Own and optimize debit, credit, prepaid card, and mobile wallet customer journeys end-to-end.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, customer, and regulatory requirements; prepare business cases, market analyses, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate product developments and enhancements with internal and external stakeholders; support launches and feature releases.
• Monitor KPIs, customer behavior, and operational performance using reporting and data analysis.
• Review processes and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to drive cards & mobile payments product evolution and strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage critical situations through strong decision-making.
• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of innovative payments with a focus on mobile.
• Knowledge of English.
