Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with two days per week in the office on Tuesday and Thursday

Salary: €68,000–€87,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for a core product domain, from opportunity sizing through feature delivery.
• Build simple, engaging experiences across payments, credit, investing, cards, or merchant solutions.
• Use interviews, usability tests, support tickets, and analytics to guide product decisions.
• Define product specifications and work closely with design and engineering to ship and iterate features.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams on regulated financial products.
• Track and report KPIs including activation, adoption, volumes, and revenue.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building and scaling consumer or B2B financial products, ideally in fintech, paytech, or another consumer-facing scale-up.
• Exposure to regulated products such as payments, lending, investing, or insurance, or to significant technical and operational complexity.
• Strong data-driven approach, including hypothesis development, validation, and analytics.
• User-centric approach based on direct user feedback and research.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and engineers throughout product delivery.
