Product Delivery Manager - Partner Scale (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam or Milan

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Partner Scale team.
• Build device fleet management tools and APIs for partners and large multi-store merchants.
• Take the device management solution from proof of concept to General Availability.
• Define performance and reliability KPIs for the product.
• Automate device lifecycle processes, including ordering, deployment, configuration, and customization.
• Own commercial relationships with key partners and customers while working with a dedicated engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience building products from scratch and/or scaling existing products.
• Experience running a team of developers with hands-on ownership.
• Strong commercial affinity and customer empathy developed through close work with users and customers.
• Some form of technical background.
• Ability to work independently, represent the product domain in senior forums, and drive cross-functional alignment.
