What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the Hyperautomation product as a cross-functional initiative within Digital Products & Innovation.
- Co-create the product roadmap, priorities, milestones, and governance model with key stakeholders.
- Drive the development of core digital capabilities for issue detection, automated analysis, and remediation workflows.
- Act as the central interface between Digital Products & Innovation and stakeholders in Service, R&D, Data Science, IT, and Legal.
- Define and track success metrics including detection rates, automation contribution, and MTTR improvement.
- Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term architectural goals and service models.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience in product leadership, technical program management, or ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Several years of experience in digital products, software platforms, or automation environments.
- Solid understanding of software systems, integrations, and modern backend architecture principles.
- English: Fluent (C1+) required.
Nice to have
- Experience in IoT, industrial systems, or hardware-software products.
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration, support platforms, or ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in German and/or Italian.
