What you will do
- Lead the Hyperautomation product as a cross-functional initiative within Digital Products & Innovation.
- Define the roadmap, priorities, milestones, scope, and governance model with stakeholders.
- Drive capabilities for early issue detection, automated analysis, guided or automated remediation, and structured issue outputs.
- Coordinate integrations with diagnostics, dispatch handovers, customer-facing settings, and Hypersuite.
- Align product development with service models, SLA logic, operational needs, and long-term architecture goals.
- Track detection, automation, MTTR, quality, and adoption metrics while reporting progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of experience leading products, technical programs, teams, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with digital products, software platforms, automation, backend systems, integrations, and modern architecture principles.
- Ability to translate complex operational and technical problems into structured product solutions.
- Experience coordinating technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English required; German and Italian are additional advantages.
Nice to have
- Experience with IoT, industrial systems, hardware-software products, or operationally critical environments.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, support platforms, case or ticketing systems, or automation products.
- German and/or Italian language skills.
