Senior Product Manager (Due Diligence)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, Berlin, Milan, or Barcelona

What you will do

• Own identity, fraud, and sanctions checks that determine customer eligibility across countries and business types.
• Design AI-driven, agentic compliance workflows that automate routine decisions while escalating complex cases for human review.
• Improve periodic reviews for high-risk customers while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
• Help migrate operations reviewers from a legacy tool to a purpose-built workflow platform.
• Partner closely with operations teams to improve the tools used in their daily work.

Requirements

• Experience shipping products in KYC, AML, fraud, compliance, risk, or another regulated domain.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows.
• Experience partnering closely with operations teams and designing for operational users.
• Experience using AI to build products and interest in agentic workflows that automate real decisions.
• Fluent English required.
