What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for operations, M&A, and G&A roles.
  • Partner with founders and leadership to define hiring strategies and role profiles.
  • Drive high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative outreach.
  • Build and refine hiring frameworks, interview standards, and ATS processes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
  • Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operational functions.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or hybrid.
  • Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and conversion metrics.
  • Experience with ATS tools, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for operations or business roles in scaling companies.
  • Background in startups, scale-ups, or operationally complex environments.
  • Exposure to real estate, marketplaces, or logistics industries.
  • Experience hiring across multiple geographies.
