What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for operations, M&A, and G&A roles.
- Partner with founders and leadership to define hiring strategies and role profiles.
- Drive high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative outreach.
- Build and refine hiring frameworks, interview standards, and ATS processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
- Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operational functions.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or hybrid.
- Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and conversion metrics.
- Experience with ATS tools, specifically Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication skills and high level of ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for operations or business roles in scaling companies.
- Background in startups, scale-ups, or operationally complex environments.
- Exposure to real estate, marketplaces, or logistics industries.
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies.
